Can I request a quote for does my agent need to?
Yes, you can or your agent. If you prefer to work directly with us that would be fine or you may use your current agent.
Can any Agent write business with CompTrust?
Yes. We have no special restrictions for any agent able to write insurance in the State of Arkansas.
What information is needed for a quote?
An accord application completed which is under the forms section of our website, five years of current loss runs and the Experience Mod. Worksheet. If there are any claims over $50,000 I would need detailed information in regards to those.
If we choose to go with CompTrust what do you require at the time of binding coverage?
We would need a copy of your current Audited Financial Statements, a Safety inspections completed by our Safety person and the 25% deposit of your total premium made payable to CompTrust.
Do I have to be a member of the AGC of Arkansas?
Yes you do. That is a requirement to enter into the CompTrust program. The AGC dues would be based on what type of business you do.
Are you rated by AM Best?
No we are not. In order for that to happen a company needs to be in business for five years. There are several steps to take in order to get rated by AM Best and CompTrust intends to do that as soon as we are given the go ahead to do so.
Are the rates from CompTrust competitive with rates from the Standard insurance companies currently writing Work/Comp in the state of Arkansas?
Yes, we are very competitive. In fact we are usually a little cheaper.
